LED Interior Light Pack Vs Extended Interior Light Pack

S4 i'm looking at comes with LED interior light pack...i know that the extended light pack was an option that allowed different coloured lighting.

Is there any way to get this retrofitted? Is it the bulbs that have to change? or simply a software thing?

Yes it's possible to retrofit it, but it's $1,140 for the lights on AliExpress and it means removing pretty much every panel and replacing door cards, removing all of the seats and all-sorts, it's all different cabling that is needed, and programming...I decided against it!
