LED Euro taillights reverse/fog lights wrong way round any solution?

I recently purchased some LED smoked tail lights from Ebay which in the description said UK road legal will pass MOT. After getting them fitted i found out that the reverse and fog light was the wrong way round and this will not pass an MOT. Has anyone else had this dilema and/or come up with a solution?

Looks like you bought a set of LHD tail lights.

Return them and get a refund mate.

looks like i may have to. Im going to take them off at weekend and see if the lenses can be swapped as i read something similar about mark 5 golf tail lights. Cheers
