I found in the last few Audi’s it’s not the wear on the leather that’s the issues but the actual bolster/cushion/foam underneath that can flatten over time.
Recaros on my last Honda had 130k with my 17st a$$ on it and the bolster held up fine, just the alcantara a bit worn. Last a6 with 40k was almost flat on one side. Suppose the recaros are a bit harder for sporty feel and hold and the Audi’s are designed to be soft and comfortable.
