Launch control not right

Hi guys

I had a new haldex pump fitted and haldex oil changed as mine stopped working. Now when i try launch control revs sits past 6k rpm rather than 4k as it should.

Is this just the case of having dsg map uploaded again due to calibration being out? Or something else. Ive attached a video just in case.

Sounds rather like something has been lost whilst the work was being done.

Was the battery disconnected?

Either way,you need to speak to APR,and have them sort it out.

No idea about battery being disconnected but assuming it was.. Been told disconnecting battery doesn't remove ecu map.

My only guess is that the dsg map I have from rick has been adjusted and needs uploading again?

Yes,something has clearly been overwritten or deleted since the work was done.
Have a chat with Rick and see what he thinks.

If only cars were as simple as they used to be.....

Doesn't make sense, unless they have reflashed the box. Does manual mode still work, no kick down etc?

Confused myself.. Box hasn't been reflashed.. Just a new haldex pump and oil change..
Manual mode seems to be the same but not tried kick down.. I'll give that a go tomorrow
Just the launch control is not right.. Can you upload the dsg file for me again?

won't make a blind bit of difference if kickdown etc still works. Tried it with ESP off etc?

Yeah tried that... Tried 4wd properly as well.. Fully working. Can't think of anything other than software.
Is there anything that can be done via vcds?

Wish mine would rev to 6k in LC, it must launch like a monster haha.
