lambda sensor fault p0031 and p0036

I have a lambda sensor fault hoping people can help and advise what's happened is the pre cat lambda on my audi a4 2.0 tfsi 2006 the wire touched the exhaust manifold heat shild and melted the wire and now I am getting these two fault codes p0031 and p0036 sensor 1 and sensor 2 heating elements. I use vcds to read the codes I have recently changed the damaged sensor the pre cat one with a bosch oe sensor but the fault codes still come back any ideas please

Are the lambda sensors fused or anything

Has no one ever come across these codes before
