KW height adjustable spring kit help

Hi!

Just had the KW kit fitted an I'm really concerned as the front end now sits 10mm *higher* than stock!

The rear sits lovely already and with both front an rear at the lowest spring height I haven't a clue what, why or how! Please help.

It's the Audi A7 Sline 2011 with sports suspension from factory mate.
