Key problems

My ignition defective light is coming up . Also when I push the key fob in the dash it starts the car but the fob is loose it doesn't lock into place .

Iv seen a new ignition on eBay with another key

Would I need programming ?

Would I be able to get both my old key and new key that comes with ignition working as a spare ?

Any body selling any ?

Or no a fix ?
