Key fob

Hi guys after deciding not to sell my audi I'm back!

Just a quick question does anyone know if I can replace my standard key (straight key with 2 buttons, NOT FLIP KEY)

with a 2/3 button flip key fob ?

id imagine you can but you would have to get it recoded etc not 100% sure tbh but will no doubt cost you

My key cost about 40 iirc and now releases the boot when holding a button.
if you only want a single key you could possibly use your immo chip in a flip key but would suggest buying a complete key.

Danio would be the best man for this fella, proper wizz when it comes to keys and immo issues, send him a Pm but he works nights so don't expect a response straight away!

But i am sure you can do it with Vag-Com!
