Key fob not working

Just picked up an A4 cab today. It came with 2 remote flip keys. One set works perfectly. The other will not operate lock/unlock when buttons are pressed. The red LeD does flash when you press a button so the battery seems fine. It's as if it's not coded to the car. They key will manually lock/unlock and start the car.
Is there a simple reprogram I can look into doing?!
