To answer your question the short answer will be: no - there is no specific map for high/low torque, there is however a customizable map 6 where you can pretty much do what you want. Map 2 is the most aggressive map out of the box.
The below additive values suggest by George are with the manual clutch (and thus also DSG) longevity in mind:

2500 3
3000 3.5
3500 4
4000 4.6
4500 5
5000 5
5500 5.4
6000 5.4
6500 5.4
7000 5.0
