Jacking point and axle stand location

I know this question has come up before and I have seen a lot of information online but I just dont seem to be able to get a definitive answer

If i am using a trolley jack on the rear ( to remove both wheels initially ) - where is the 'safest' jacking point on an 8L

Once up, where is the safest location to postion axle stands at the rear if working on the wheels AND also being under the car working on it

I’ve jacked mine up coming up from the rear bumper on the subframe that loops under the diff and I’ve stuck 2 axles on each trailing arm before where it’s bolted to the chassis did the job didn’t kill me although if you YouTube parrott bros tt handbrake cable watch that vid that might help…
