iTunes Help Needed!!!

Hi All,

Once again, my iTunes has decided to wipe my music library and playlists. I have tried importing my playlists that are still on my iPhone 5s but iTunes won't have it!
I could just start again and create my playlists all over again but I've notice that when I try, iTunes won't let me swap the position of the songs which I used to be able to do before, so now I can't put songs in the order I want them!!!! It's driving me mad!!!

Any help would be very much appreciated as I can't find any help on the net!

Check out copytrans you can import and export stuff using that software

Visit the Apple website and speak to a advisor in chat.
Theyll point you in the right direction

Choose your playlist.
Top right where it says Playlist, open it and choose SONGS.
Then 'Sort By: Manual Order'

It seems to have worked now. Still can't understand why it deleted all my playlists though. iTunes seems to do that every so often with an update! Soooo annoying!

Every time i update iTunes it doubles every thing in the play list.
