Is there a how to thread to fix Avant rear wiper motor water leak?

Hi

Is there a how to thread to the fix on B7 rear wiper water leak. Try to get the rear lining off at the rear of the avant to check the pipework to the motor.

Any help most welcome.

When I did mine, I found it requires a scary amount of force! I got the bottom loose first iirc and got some WD40 onto the clips at the top - that helped. I recommend wearing protective gloves - as in gardening / rigging gloves !

Cheers Mike but the leak is coming from inside the car trim not from the tailgate area, I think the leak is caused by a block or a break in the pipe leading into the offside door hinge to the pump. The far offside corner of the roof inside has been water damaged in the corner. Not sure how I get access via the roof trim.

Jaysus Mike I hope I don't have to do all that just to gain access. I found another link that show access through the offside door hinge cover. Gonna try that first as it looks a lot easier. Let you all know how I get on.
