Is the a4 glove box the same as cab

can anyone tell if the a4 glove box is the same as a cab glove box .. There look very close .. I'm wanting to put fridge in

Don't bother, I had this in our S4 B6 years ago, fairly useless, better to buy the cold box for the boot 12v socket.

I'll second that... I have one in mine ... never gets used as it runs off the aircon so for your cooler to be cold you have to have your aircon set at it's lowest...pretty pointless in the UK

As long as you have aircon engaged.... I tend to spend most of the time with it in econ mode which disengages the pump

Just did a 2500km southern europe holiday round trip, the glovebox fridge came in very handy. I use econ mode when it is cold out, which is when I don't feel the need for very cold drinks, so not a problem. I can confirm there is only a cold feed to the fridge, so things are always cool-ish in there even if you have the heat on.
