Is it possible to switch off default "engine off" mode? Not sure if that's what it's called but if its not clear I'll explain more

Yeah auto start. It comes on as default when u switch the engine on. Other than the obvious option of using the switch every time u switch the car on; can u program it so the default position is off. Hope the question is clearer now.
