iPod connection with Chorus 3- Help?

I am looking for an iPod connector with my Chorus 3 (2007 A3 Sportback). I've narrowed two down:

Questions:

1. Will either of these work ? I can ask the sellers of course..

2. Has anyone used either of these before? If yes, which one is better?

I see no reason why both wont work as they're quadlock as per your head unit, so your choice.
