iPhone 5 music to audi A4 RNS-E

Peeps,
I've just ventured into the Audi universe with an A4 cab 2.0TFSI, manual 2007 B7 with RNS-E which doesn't have phone or TV but has a 6 disc multichanger in the glovebox. I would like to be able to hear the songs on my iphone 5 through the cars stereo and keep the CD multichanger, i also have a Parrot ck3100.
Any ideas?

My advice would be to go for the

Dension Gateway 100 which would give you normal iPod and then either use an Apple Lightning adaptor and plug straight in. If you want Bluetooth streaming then Tune2Air would be the best way forward!
