Intercooler how to guide.

Has anyone come across a how to guide for fitting an intercooler?

I'm going to give it a go anyway but would be good have a guide.

This is a Golf R but might help with the oily bits once you've got the bumper off .....

I'll keep looking but I'll end up just messing about anyway. I'll need to change my radiator as well ha.
