hi, has anyone seen or tried the EVO1 intercoolers found on ebay?
the price is really low and they look identical to the wagner or forge !!!

but are we sure that wagner and forge are not made in china?

I did a bit of reading on the golf forums and the magic and majesty intercoolers have been tested and used by many with good results. So I decided to get one for my S1.
Was packaged very well and intercooler looked high quality. It has cast alloy ends which does make it heavier then stock.
I did a bench test with a heat gun blowing in one end at 120deg and a fan blowing across the intercooler. After 30mins I was getting 20deg coming out the exit of the intercooler. Ambient was 24deg.
Install went well and intercooler fit perfectly. Car is on the dyno today so will see if it goes pop or not.
