Insurance Renewal Nightmare

Hi,

Currently got my renewal from A&A fully comp declared all the modification, its just had the full facelift S3 conversion on my sportback.
I was paying £1300 so the renewal its gone to £1000. Just before my renwal some theif decided to ram my car, so at this present time there is a claim pending. so they have reviewed the renewal again and its a now wooping 1800

I have 9 years NCB with 2 mortoring convictions CU30 and C80

Need some assitance on good insurance companies

How long ago was the CU80? If it was over 12 months ago we can definitely help.
