Instrument cluster and horn

Hi guys have audi a4 1.8T.the fuel and Temp guage has stop working but i have since then bought another one.One off my horn has stop working too.Now my first question is can i change the cluster myself or do i need to take it to a mechanic and secondly does anyone know where the horn is located because i cant seem to find it.Thanks Guys
