Installing Door Lights

Hi guys,

I'm purchasing an interior LED kit for my car as the current ones are ugly yellow filament bulbs. Having assessed how many lights I have, I've noticed I don't have down door lighters or a glove box light.

I'm not bothered about the glove box, but would like to DIY the door lights, there's an indent in the plastic so I know where they go, but how easy is fitting such a thing?
