I tried it last year, it seemed to make it worse. But I'm bad at cleaning glass so may try again.

I use Autoglym Fast Glass, plus I always have my AC on auto.

Getting the interior glass clean clear and streak free is nigh on impossible for me. Can't master it!

Use one of these to apply your glass cleaner onto , then hang another specific glass cleaning cloth over the pad to clean the residue off/dry the windscreen pretty easy, it's good for the hard to reach areas of the front and especially the rear screen of my saloon

I second this but there's still a small strip of my rear window I have to contort to reach by hand. Overall definitely worth getting.

I agree with using AC with heater and I usually clean the screen first with a degreaser then with a cleaner and a waffle towel. A few on this forum have said that most of the issues with the inside windscreen comes from the VOC from the dash. I have stopped using coatings on the dash and just clean with a damp towel.

I don't recommend RainX Anti Fog at all, I tried it by following the instructions to the letter and it just left smears everywhere, didn't make a difference to condensation and actually made the condensation look worse.

Auto glym glass Polish if you want an absolute streak free finish. We warned though. It drys to a power to buff off. So get a big old bath towel to put over the dash.

I do the inside and outside of my windows once a week with AutoGlym Fast Glass. It's quick and streak free .

I use this which has rave reviews from detailer’s, apply , wipe off , use any good glass cleaner , I use Chrome glass cleaner which is fantastic

While on the subject of windows, anyone have any idea how to remove that weird layer of greasy whatever that always appears on my windscreen throughout the winter months?

I had it worse on previous car and tried all sorts of things even like vinegar and isopropyl etc but I could never really get rid of it entirely.

Neat washing up liquid works for me

Thanks, I was afraid to try that incase it just smeared everywhere and made it worse .
Na its good at getting all the crud off just use kitchen roll to wipe off as much as poss before adding water or glass cleaner to finish it off.

I use 3M aerosol glass cleaner onto a micro fibre pad as it gets a bit messy with the foam. Then wipe off and polish with another dry pad. Not sure it helps with anti misting but cleans well.

I wouldn't recommend kitchen roll as there are often chemicals in the paper to aid absorbancy which can smear. If you want to use paper try the blue commercial stuff if you can get it or alternatively just a microfiber before finishing off with glass cleaner and a specialist glass cloth. Another tip I've found useful is to only wipe in one direction, that way you are not moving any dirt back onto a clean area
