Indicator Problems

Alright guys, I'm after a bit of help. I fitted some number plate LEDs yesterday and they both light up and look nice, problem is after fitting the second one it threw up an error on the dash for front left indicator bulb but the bulb still works fine as it flashes when I lock and unlock the car.
Has anybody got any ideas what the problem could be and how I could rectify it whilst still keeping the LEDs?

If you have vagcom, try to disable cold diagnostic on number plate lights.. Not sure if it would help but wont hurt to try

It seems to have sorted itself out now, no fault on dash and indicator working fine but will keep that in mind incase it happens again. Thanks for the reply.
