Anything can be done in all honesty, but nothing off the shelf for the 8L.

You can buy self adhesive led indicators for door mirrors, I've seen on eBay.

Yeah the only aftermarket item I have found is those black evo type ones but I'm not sure I like the style yet and...

Yes, or the heated mirrors.

you'd have to somehow get the indicator signal to the wing mirror which could potentially be a stuff around

You could run the wires through from the side repeaters.
