Inappropriate courtesy cars

Not a complaint at all - just an observation. Whilst my S3 was in for a broken and rattling sunroof (again) I was given a black A8. A huge car but felt like there was no more room in the front than the S3 on account of the giant central console. Not really my cup of tea (unless I am in the back with a chauffeur in the front) but weird to try and hustle it along at speed. Certainly did not feel like 0-60 in 5.7s or whatever it is supposed to be. Too much leather armchair and soft suspension to get any sensation of the rapidity.

Yeah big ugly old lump the A8, definitely not Audi's finest hour!! lol

Unfortunately the bigger the car your in the less you get the feeling of speed................just one of the reasons I prefer smaller cars.

Most peeps would luv a shot at one them,after all it IS a step up from an A3/S3....But in black...eh funeral directors car...or our Jase....is about to do another Action Packed Transporter Mooovie...now he made the S8/A8 look uber cool

I did think about the chauffeuring but its not allowed! I was supposed to get a diesel A3 convertible but it was not returned in time. I am not complaining at all - it is surely an upgrade over an A3/S3. I certainly could not afford one and if I could I think I would find something else to spend £62K on.

It doesn't even fit in the space! I had a similar thing when my A3 was being repaired after a rear end. I had a Merc E220. Over 200bhp but it never felt like you were actually moving.
