It's been a real crap year for me with cars. Since my previous 1.8T was written off earlier this year due to a muppet on his phone I resorted to purchasing an absolute pile of junk (Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTI SRI 150) Power was lovely, problems were disgusting.
In the 3 months of owning the car it's cost me over £5,500 in repairs and I've now had enough! I'm now looking for another A3 8L 1.8T for purchase, I have my eye on a 1.8T with 82k miles with outstanding service history which sounds pretty nice to me. I'm currently waiting for a response from Audi also in regards to finance which I probably won't get but hey worth a shot.
Hopefully get myself into another 1.8T and become very heavy on the mods this time
