Hello everyone I recently installed illuminated vents on my pre facelift S3 (1999) and I thought id share some useful information for others who might do the same.
First off the wiring you can run it however you want but keep in mind that you will need to drill small holes for each cable set behind each vent.
This is the wire you need to cut and connect to the vents as it controls the illumination, you can take ground from wherever you want.
