Want to finish wiring in my bluetooth adaptor in correctly. It's done well as it is, but I wired it in permanent live out of the fuse box

It's super low draw so isn't draining the battery, but I do want to do it right

(Also I want it to auto search and connect to my device and disconnect on key on/off)

What power source are people using in our B7's for ignition on positive?

Thanks

No one know?
Are you after a feed from the fuse box in the cabin and running a piggy back or something, or are you just running it off one of the existing radio wires?

I just hooked up a multimeter to my fuse box ignition off and touched the probe points on the fuses to see which were off, then switched ignition on and checked which ones were then live.

I have an inline fuse so can piggy back or whatever is easier or needed.

Just need a pin that is switched

You could use the windscreen wipers fuse to piggy back on.
Should have a diagram on the inside of the dashboard end piece showing what's what.
