I thought the 2.0 tfsi engine was a good lump and after owning a Leon Cupra I know how well they go, but after reading about oil pump, pick up pipes and balance shaft issues I'm half tempted to not bother with the A4 I'm about to buy for the wife. I'm tempted to just put it on eBay and not bother with it.
I've not even driven it yet .... We took it as a px and I was going to keep it, it's a 56plate 100k 2.0t, how big of an issue is the oil pump/balance shaft and do I have reason to be concerned ?
