i pod/ iphone adaptor\plug in??

hi all wanted to know is there any type of unit that i can plug into the standard head unit which will allow me to play my music off my i phone?? only thing i can find is for the 8p nout for the 8l hope something exists as i don't want a after market head unit. any help would be appreciated frank
