I have been driving my A6 3.0 (Avant) Le mans for about 18 months, I fancy a change. I have been looking as S5s (4.2 V8). Can I get some opinions on weather this would be a good swap or not?

Heavy car but the power is there,no pussyfooting about with waiting for the turbo to join the action but you will get to know the petrol station personnel on a first name basis.

@Toomanycars007 - Could always go for the supercharged 3 litre V6 S5
Will be better on fuel too
Has been said the supercharger it ain't a bad engine too
