Ok here goes...
When i open email up through my phone it wont register on my home pc after i have read it on my phone
How can i set it up so it still comes through my pc?

Set your mail client to copy the emails and not to delete them from server when deleted from phone.

Get the pc email client to do the same but get it to delete emails from server after 4 days or something.

IMAP is the way to go if your email service supports it. That means as opposed to pulling the mail (where an email client will remove it from the server blindly, either leaving it there for other mail clients to blindly pull, or removing it altogether), it will actually do a proper sync - any mail marked as read will mark as read on another client, any deleted / moved to another folder on one will do so on any other clients.
