How to remove fog light grill on Sline 2010?

Hi there I have an Sline 2010 and was needing to replace fog light grill and wanted to know if it's an 'off bumper job'
I see there's a section cut out on the bottom left corner but don't want to pull on it if it's not the correct way and damage anything.

Not a bumper off job buddy, I just slid and pulled mine until they popped out when I changed my fogs
