How to enable tourist mode

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me... I'm driving to France in July and I understand that I have to have tourist mode enabled to drive in Europe so that I don't blind oncoming drivers. I have a 2010 black edition A3 sportback with the drl/xenon headlights.
Does anybody know how to code this feature in using VAGCOM.

You will get an error on screen each time you start the car which is normal until it's deactivated again.

When I come to deactivate this feature what will I have to change the value back to? Does this method definitely work?
