How to diagnose Fuel Pressure fault using VCDS

Good afternoon,

I have a fuel pressure problem. Is there anyway I can diagnose this using VCDS? from researching on here I've gathered it could be a few things

1. Fuel filter - changed this with no effect
2. Fuel Pressure regulator?
3. Fuel Pressure sensor?
4. Hi-fuel pressure pump
5. fuel rail
6. fuel pump

Any ideas on how I can check these for values on vcds etc rather than throwing money at it?

Remove the metering valve and see there is any metal shavings. If so then new pump and injectors.

If no metal can be seen then you may have leaking injector. Normally you can tell by leaking injector seal
