Hi I wonder how many exhaust gas temp sensor my allroad 2017 204hp got? Because only temp sensor 3 and 4 is moving in vcds, 1 is on 1000c and 2 is on 222c all the time. Var is low on power.
The modern diesels typically have 3 or 4 sensors. The lowest number sensor is closest to the engine. So 1 is pre turbo usually in the manifold collector, 2 is either post turbo pre cat/DPF or pre DPF , 3 is pre DPF or post DPF . You get the idea. If the EGT sensors have failed the DPF regeneration will not be working correctly if at all. Is the car standard?

From the VCDS logs Particle filter: soot mass calculated: 35.81 g Particle filter: kilometers since last regeneration: 920688 m So it's done 920 Km since the last regen and the soot level is high. The DPF is blocked. It's possible the readings you are seeing for the EGT sensors is a result of the remap, that's why I asked. Poor tunes on diesels sometimes ignore the EGT readings or recalibrate the sensors as they will protect the engine so potentially reduce the maximum amount of power made. Who did the remap and how long ago??.
The Company Who did the remap is a well known Company in Norway ES tuning. IT was done 1,5 years ago. Gess 15.000km ago. So IT gave done lots of regeneration sin e that time?
What reading are you seeing on the differential pressure sensor? This measures the pressure drop across the DPF. On my 3.0TDI CAPA anything over 950 degrees C EGT puts the car into protection , this is the same as the factory setting. Try disconnecting EGT sensor 1 and see if it gives a code.
