Moved house about a month ago and phoned BT to get the phone swapped over but apparently they don't own the line. It's still working and we haven't recieved a bill or anything. How can i find out who the provider is??
Look for a logo on the box? Ask your neighbour if they have a BT phoneline, if not who is it? Dial 100 & see which customer services you get? Other option is to just do nothing & wait for them to send you a bill, whoever they are!!
Well i know it's not BT so i'll try the 100 thing, if not i'll wait for a bill an hope its not too huge. Can't get back on broadband untill its sorted an i'd forgotten how crap dial up is.
