Ok so my ac wasn't blowing cold just mildly cooler air than outside when set as LO.

Took it in to be regassed needed a new seal, all fitted and the garage said it was absolutly freezing.

took it for a drive, no cold air, in fact it was blowing HOT air when set as LO. took it back and had it retested, its all presurised and not leaking so thats good.

Ran my new shiny FOXWELL over it and found the following error-
" 18043 Powertain Data Bus Missing Message from A/C Controller : P1635 - static- No indication on display."

ive googled it but everyone else has the "008" instead of the "static" part so not sure what the difference is.

i'm hazzarding that my ac controller is now duff ?

ps i've cleared the codes but they return. and i still have hot air :(

1st thing to do is check the fuses. IIRC there are 3 fuses ( 1, 26, & 44) related to the A/C. If they're ok it's probably a dead A/C Controller.

checked the fuses and all ok, strangely the AC has tripped to ECON mode again, so im guessing the controllers dead.
gives me a chance to do a double din convertion at the same time :)

Hello, did the A/C Controller fix the problem? :)
