Horn keeps beeping occasionally

2008 A4 Avant 2.0tdi.
The horn keeps beeping every so often. Just one little muffled type beep every 30 - 40 minutes or so. I thought it might be a low battery as its been stood for a couple of weeks so I put it on charge. It's still doing it.
Any ideas? Can it be stopped? Do bits need replacing?

Sounds like it could be goosed mate, these tend to leak internally, it maybe its time for new.

So horn horn or alarm horn? Reading up it may be the alarm thingy and the car is parked backward toward the house. But on the other hand, the front bumper had been off for a couple of weeks, though I didn't notice it doing it then, but the car was parked the other way round facing the house. So if it is the alarm horn I wouldn't have heard it.
Does the alarm horn sound the same as the main horn?

Ok so more info added.

I would disconnect the actual steering wheel horn & see if it stops the issue as this is located on the front end which seems coincidence front was off too.
