Hood shelf in Boot

Hi, has anybody had a problem with the hood shelf in the boot ? I think a cable has bust or something, when you use the hanle to lift the shelf it only rises on one side ! Can anyone help steer me in the right direction to fixing it ?

From the pictures thread it's on a Cab, I've very little Cab knowledge so based on that I'm out.

Refering to the roof storage box, it moves and and down with the lever. They are prone to failure if the cable snaps I believe.
