Wife (with baby in back) got a puncture/blow out yesterday on the passenger front. Luckily she was slowing down for a roundabout on a duel carriageway so she managed to pull in safely - could of been quite interesting at 70mph. She said there was a loud bang and then the TPS alarmed (so at least that works....)
Went for the same brand as the car has only done 2.5k miles - Pirelli P Zero Rosso 225/45 17 (nice expense to start the weekend
)
However noticed this morning the new tyre has a higher speed rating of 'Y' when the originals are 'W'. I think this should be fine......or does anybody think this will cause an issue and I should take it back?
