Hesitant and Sluggish

I have a 130TDi Sport B6 A4,

I'm finding very recently it's got rather sluggish and almost hesitant, then it kinda spools onto the turbo and feels absolutely normal!

It only seems to have come on very recently, and the weather is very damp (we have lots of rain, i live in Gloucestershire! lol!) I'm wondering whether it's the damp that's causing the problem!

There are plenty of posts and solutions to this type of problem in the diesel forum. Its common and usual suspects are the MAF, the EGR valve, the N75 valve.
