Help!!

I'm looking at getting an Rs5, I've had a couple of Rs4's and am currently in a stage 2 S3 saloon. My question is other than the front end, what are the differences between the 2012 and the 2013 facelint models?. I don't know wether to go for a higher milage FL or a lower milage pfl. Budget is around 22k but I could finance a bit if needed but preferably I like to buy outright.

Audi updated the mechatronic some time in 2012 and the 2013+ models have the updated unit which is less problematic. I believe the infotainment system was also updated. Otherwise, same engine and basically the same transmission. I'm sure some of the packages were different as well but I'm not up on what's offered in Europe vs. the U.S.
