Help with VCDS scan

Hi all,

Been a bit of a serial lurker since my Auction punt landed me with an A3 Sportback 2.0 TDi. I feel now is the time to come out of the woodwork and ask for some pearls of Wisdom.

Ash kindly ran a VCDS scan following my management light comming back on after fitting my new intake flap. Please find the results of the log bellow.

From looking at this I am feeling the EGR fault of having "insufficient flow" may mean me needing a new EGR valve. Can anyone confirm that the code bellow means this? What part of the error code should I be looking at?

Also another fault with my passenger door has come up and despite trying to change the code values it keeps throwing up an error any ideas?

I had this fault after i cleaned out my egr and manifold. I didnt bother buying a new egr so just got a delete pipe and got the egr warning light and cycle mapped out.

Hmm tempted by the delete pipe as my mate keeps waving a cheap remap in my face!

Only thing thats puts me off the delete pipe is that its quite obvious in the engine bay should I wish to sell this on.

Bit of an update for anyone who is interested,

I had the EGR mapped out so its no longer asociated with the car, from speaking to a couple of sources the only time you need a blanking kit is when you are going down the serious tuning route. Otherwise it can simply be mapped out of the system with no need for a blanking kit.

I no longer have a management light or fault code and there is a massive improvement on how it drives. I am however still experiencing a shake on idle. It mainly happens when it is warm and has been driven around town. It can start off quite faint then gradually get worse. You can also notice a faint shudder when slowing down to a halt. Its also worth noting you dont actually experience the rev needle fluctuating which is wierd, you just experience a constant shake throughout the car!

I've been told this is symtoms of injector seals or a tandum pump issue. I checked the fuel filter and it was clean....running out of ideas now!

It might be the DMF, injector(s), injectors wiring loom.

Yes been thinking an injector loom but also timing as the belt wasnt done long ago!
