HELP with vag.com how easy is it to programme a new speedo

Hello i have a Audi S3 and have bought a need speedo i have the vag.com software but do not know how to do much in it.

i was wondering first is it easy to programme the new clocks and could anyone provide a step by step guide how to programme it so everything works.
