Help with new alloys

hey guys i was wondering if you could help, i have an Audi A3 8P 1.6 Sport with 17" Sport Alloys, i just ordered a set of Audi R8 V10 18" and i need help.

could someone tell me what needs to be adjusted to the suspension so that everything will work like it should.

Are you planning to lower it? What exactly are you getting at?

going from 17's to 18's... nothing needs to be changed! just fit and go!
if you want to lower it then thats a different matter

thanks, not planning to lower atm but will do in the near future, so the tracking or alignment doesn't need to be adjusted at all?

cheers for ur help, any idea of how much it will roughly cost to get it done any recommendations for places. i will post picture of the car after the upgrade, i couldn't find anyone with these alloys on an A3

thanks guy for your help got the alloys on in the the end, will start a new build thread once i get a few more mods done unless you guy want to see what I've done so far will start sooner. got pictures of new and old alloys tell me what you think.
