help with juxebox on mmi

hi everyone very new here just got my first audi , but now cant sus jukebox out I already put some music on it when got car a few days ago now it wont do it or let me delete whats there .
I have tried copying from sd card and usb but when I go to copy to juxebox it greyed out when I click on it says unavailable I cant fathom it out I love my music and having the hdd is great so need to work it out please any help appreciated

Have you tried reseting the jukebox mmi back to factory settings?

hi everyone ive sussed it out I was downloading maps soon as it stopped I was able to transfer music to jukebox
