help with gearbox sensor on S3

Could someone help me with this sensor on the gearbox, it seems I have accidently smashed it in the engine change over.
Its to the right of the starter motor with the bent over pins.

I had a look at elsawin and it seems to be the reverse switch sensor but not 100% sure.

Yeah, that's the reverse light switch. Simple job to change, unscrew old one, bolt in new one.
