Help with 9n3 polo drivers door won't lock with key fob

Bought my polo gti yesterday, love it, just have a few creases to iron out which I'm sure will be nothing major. I have an issue were the drivers door won't lock via key fob but will look via the key in the door.

I don't think I can hear noise from the door so could it be a loose connection or a faulty module?

Mine plugged in it with VCDS it says ground to zero for the lock module I think but can't 100% remember , will rescan tonight and post up the results to be sure

That sounds like a loose connection or broken solders inside door lock module

Sorted now after a new CCm, door locking module, passenger locking module. Somebody before me had put one of the plugs in the door the wrong way round some how! Took an auto electrician 2 days to find that. At no cost to me I may add
